How do I register on 9Worker?
You can register by choosing either Register as Worker or Register as Owner on the registration page. Select your role, fill in your details, and submit the form to create your account.
What is the difference between Worker and Owner accounts?
Worker Account – Used by individuals looking for job opportunities.
Owner Account – Used by employers who want to find and hire workers.
Each role has different access permissions and visibility on the platform.
Is registration free?
Yes, registration on 9Worker is completely free for both Workers and Owners.
How can a Worker apply for a job?
After logging in as a Worker, go to the Apply for Work page, fill in your details (skills, experience, salary expectation, location, etc.), and submit your application.
How can an Owner find workers?
Owners can visit the Find Job/Work (Owners) page to search and filter workers by:
Work type
Location
Gender
Can I edit my application after submitting?
Yes. Workers can edit or delete their submitted application anytime from their dashboard or below the application form.
Why can't I see certain buttons after login?
The platform automatically shows features based on your registered role:
Workers cannot access Owner-only features.
Owners cannot access Worker-only features.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on Forgot Password on the login page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link in your email.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Your information is securely stored and only visible according to your selected role. We do not share your data with third parties without permission.
Can I change my role after registration?
Currently, roles are assigned during registration. If you need to change your role, please contact the site administrator for assistance. or you can register as another user.
