- Guarantee job availability
- Guarantee worker qualifications or performance
- Guarantee reliability of owners or companies
All employment discussions, agreements, and responsibilities are handled directly between the worker and the owner/company.
2. No Warranty
The 9Workers website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
- The platform will always be available or error-free
- Job listings or worker profiles are accurate or complete
- Employment opportunities will meet user expectations
Users access and use the platform at their own discretion.
3. Limitation of Liability
9Workers shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Employment disputes between workers and owners/companies
- Financial loss or unpaid wages
- Workplace injuries or incidents
- Misconduct or illegal actions by any user
- Any indirect or consequential damages
9Workers functions solely as a digital connection platform and is not responsible for the outcomes of agreements made between users.
